The Supervisory Board has confirmed the validity of the election process for the candidate selected by the Company's employees to serve as a Member of the Management Board for the 13^th term. The election took place from January 27 to February 11, 2025. Following this confirmation, on February 27, 2025, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Artur Babicz as a Member of the Management Board, with his term commencing on March 1, 2025.

Grupa Azoty is introducing a new product to the market: FOLIRES™, a nitrogen fertilizer with sulfur and magnesium designed for foliar plant nutrition. Produced at Grupa Azoty Puławy, it will be available in 20 kg packaging.

The Grupa Azoty Management Board has approved a resolution that preliminarily adopts a concept for integrating logistics operations within the Grupa Azoty Capital Group. In the coming steps, a dedicated team will develop the final integration model, exploring opportunities to centralize logistics functions.

Grupa Azoty is set to produce its new multi-component fertilizer – POLIFOSKA Multi S – a product containing 23% sulfur at its Police facilities. This launch marks the latest addition to our fertilizer portfolio, joining the likes of megAN (a high-granule ammonium nitrate fertilizer), RSM OPTIMA (a nitrate-urea solution with a distinctive light blue color for easy product origin identification), and eNpluS (an ammonium fertilizer enriched with sulfur and calcium), whose production commenced in recent months within Grupa Azoty.

Grupa Azoty is expanding its product portfolio with the introduction of a granular nitrogen fertilizer with sulfur and calcium, branded as eNpluS. This move continues the company's strategy to develop its offerings in line with market demands. The production of eNpluS will take place in Puławy and Kędzierzyn-Koźle, making it the latest addition to the product range in recent months. Earlier, the portfolio was enriched with megAN (a coarse-granule ammonium nitrate fertilizer) and RSM OPTIMA (a urea-ammonium nitrate solution with a unique light-blue color for easy identification of its origin).

The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. has confirmed the composition of the Management Board for its upcoming 13^th term, effective January 1, 2025. The lineup remains unchanged, except for the Employee-Elected Board Member, who will be appointed following a planned election process.
