AZOPLON CalcNitro OPTI is a specialized nitrogen and calcium fertilizer that is fully soluble in water. Once diluted with water, the solution is used for fertilizing vegetables, fruit-bearing trees and arnamental plants. It can be used in foliar and soil applications, for fertigation, in protected crops, field crops and orchards.
Nutrients | % (m/m) |
Total nitrogen (N) | 8.5 |
Nitrate nitrogen (N-NO3) | 8.5 |
Calcium oxide (CaO) | 17.0 |
Optimal calcium supply is a priority as low content of this element in fruits makes them finer and increases their susceptibility to cracking, corking and sunburn. Calcium deficiency reduces storability of fruits and their shelf life, as this element plays a crucial role in fruit ripening and senescence.
